Siti Sarfarina Berangkas possesses diverse professional experience in customer service and office administration. Currently serving as a Front Office Assistant at Sunway Medical Centre since March 2018, Siti has developed skills in managing inquiries and providing information to clients. Prior experience includes an internship at Sabah Electricity Sdn. Bhd., where Siti effectively addressed customer complaints, and a role as a Sales Assistant at Milimewa Superstore Sdn. Bhd. during the summer of 2014. Siti holds a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, completed in 2017.
