Jew Keng Cheng

Jew Keng Cheng serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sunway Property and Facilities Management, leading the management of 32 million square feet of diverse prime assets including office, commercial, and residential properties since August 2014. Prior to this role, Cheng held the position of General Manager in the Property Investment division, overseeing a portfolio that encompassed various developments. From 2006 to July 2014, Cheng was the Executive Director/Operations Director at Coal Fe Resources Limited, where contributions led to the successful listing of the company on the ASX and the management of mining operations in Indonesia. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore, an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, and a diploma in Accounting and Finance from ACCA.
