Vanessa Den Hertog

Vanessa den Hertog has extensive experience in customer support and team leadership, currently serving as Teamlead Customer Care and Process Responsible Overbookings Customer Support at Sunweb Group since December 2001. Prior to this role, Vanessa worked at Q&I Nederland BV as a Telefoniste/Receptioniste and at GoGo Tours in reservations. Additionally, Vanessa gained valuable sales experience as a Sales Representative at Stena Line from 1992 to 1997. Vanessa's education includes completing MBO from 1986 to 1992.
