The Human Resources and Payroll team at Suomen Lähetysseura (Felm) is responsible for managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and overseeing the payroll process for staff working both locally and internationally. They work to support the organization’s mission by recruiting and developing talent, administering benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture, all while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for over 1200 employees involved in global projects.
