Program Management and Evaluation

The Program Management and Evaluation team at Suomen Lähetysseura (Felm) is responsible for overseeing and assessing the impact of various development initiatives across 27 countries. This team works collaboratively with regional program managers and project specialists to ensure that programs align with strategic objectives and effectively address the needs of vulnerable communities. They focus on continuous improvement through robust monitoring and evaluation practices, fostering collaboration among local partners to drive sustainable change and uphold the organization’s mission of promoting human dignity and justice.
