Annika T.

Annika T. is a Technical Specialist at Suomen tulli – Finnish Customs since February 2023, with prior experience as a Solutions Specialist at Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue and the City of Espoo from October 2022 to January 2023 and May 2021 to November 2022, respectively. Annika has a solid background in application coordination and IT system support, having worked at Oy Apotti Ab and Posti Group Oyj between May 2019 and May 2019, which included software development in the Epic system and managing incident, problem, and change management processes. Annika began professional work as a Postal Worker, progressing through various roles in process planning and systems design at Posti Group, after earning a Bachelor of Information Technology from Oulu University of Applied Sciences in 2009.
