Digital Marketing Manager

Super Bright LEDs is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Manager who can both lead a team of digital marketing professionals and balance the technical marketing of our product line with email, SMS, affiliate and PPC ad campaigns. This position requires management experience, and experience with platforms such as Google Ads to manage paid campaigns creatively and effectively.

This is a full-time, in-house position located in Earth City, MO working Monday-Friday. Local candidates to the St. Louis area (Missouri and Illinois) only please.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Digital Marketing team to meet expectations for quality, productivity, and goal accomplishment

  • Responsible for the analysis, evaluation, and optimization of paid campaigns

  • Identify opportunities through existing and new marketing channels

  • Research and conduct competitor analysis

  • Conduct market research and customer analysis to determine which channels are most effective at targeting different demographics and verticals

  • Research new technologies, techniques, and industry trends related to paid advertising and outreach

  • Communicate recommendations for improvements and successes with supporting reports and relevant data

  • Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g., Google updates and changes in algorithms and notify teams

Qualifications:

  • Management experience required-excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, persuade, communicate, and motivate others

  • Demonstratable success in generating strong ROI in paid media (ads) across search and social including, but not limited to, Google, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, Snap Chat, YouTube, and TikTok. Programmatic advertising experience a big plus

  • Deep knowledge and experience of analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Mixpanel a plus)

  • Experience and understanding of social media marketing and other organic content campaigns

  • Demonstratable success in email marketing strategy, campaign execution, and reporting

  • Working knowledge of Affiliate Marketing (creating and building a network a strong plus)

  • Demonstratable success in SEO content planning, performance reporting, and optimization

  • SEO, SEM, PPC ad campaign creation and management

  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools and Google Suite (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.)

  • Experience working on an eCommerce website

  • Marketplace experience (Amazon, Walmart) is a plus

  • Google Certifications is a plus

  • Google Shopping/Merchant Center knowledge is a plus

  • Proficient with spreadsheets and presentation builders
