Paid Media Specialist
Super Bright LEDs, a leading innovator in LED lighting solutions, is seeking a results-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our growing team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search, shopping, and social campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and increase sales for our B2B and B2C online stores. You will be a data-driven professional with a passion for paid advertising with expertise in managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to develop successful campaigns that reach the right audience, generate qualified leads, and ultimately, drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid search, shopping, display and video campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Conduct in-depth keyword, product, and competitor research to identify high-performing results for paid advertising campaigns.
- Develop and implement targeted audience segments to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and continually optimize campaigns for better results.
- A/B test different ad formats, copy variations, and landing pages to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide actionable insights based on campaign performance and A/B testing.
- Generate insightful reports to track campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up to date on the latest paid advertising trends and platform updates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in paid advertising for ecommerce companies.
- Proven experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
