Rafael Chowell Puente serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Super Kiosko, a 100% Mexican chain of small-format stores established over 14 years ago, with more than 900 locations across Mexico. In this role, Rafael focuses on enhancing consumer satisfaction by providing a wide range of useful products and services. Previously, Rafael held key positions at The Coca-Cola Company, including Organizational Development Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed personnel management, quality compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence. Rafael began a career as a Quality Auditor at Embotelladoras ARCA and possesses advanced education, including an MIP in Engineering and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey, a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Arizona State University, and executive management training from IPADE Business School.
