Marcin Czerwien

Marcin Czerwien has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Marcin started their career as a Sessional Lecturer at Uniwersytet Jagielloński w Krakowie from 2006 to 2009. Marcin then worked as a Guest Lecturer at the UNESCO Chair for Translation Studies and Intercultural Communication from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, they joined Tesco as the Head of Training Poland & Central Europe, where they designed and implemented learning and development solutions. Marcin also served as the Head of Talent, Development & Recruitment in Central Europe, overseeing people sourcing, development, and learning for four CE markets. In 2019, they became the Central European People Business Partner at Tesco Czech Republic. Marcin'smost recent role is the People Director at Super Pharm Poland Sp. z o.o., which they began in 2022.

Marcin Czerwien received their Master of Arts degree in Russian Philology & Baltic Studies from the University of Tartu in 2005. Marcin further pursued their education at the Jagiellonian University, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy degree in European Literature in 2010.
