Michał Wojtczak

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader specializing in blockchain and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous positions include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha contributed to self-sovereign finance solutions. Furthermore, Micha held the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web and was involved with Share&Charge as a Foundation Board member and CTO. Additionally, Micha served on the Blockchain Advisory Board of the IIB Council and acted as an advisor at PioneerVentures.io. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and further studies in Fintech at MIT and project management certification from PMI.
