Monika Kolaszynska

Monika Kolaszynska has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Monika is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Super Pharm Poland Sp. z o.o. since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Super-Pharm as a Commercial Director and Board Member from September 2020 to June 2022. Monika also has a significant tenure at Tesco, where they held various roles including CE Head of Trade Strategy & Change, CE Lead Category Buying Manager, CE Trade Plan Manager, and CE Category Buying Manager between 2015 and 2020. Monika has also worked at Tesco Polska as a Convenience Project Manager and Category Buying Manager from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Monika has experience at Variant as a Market Manager from 2011 to 2014 and as a Product Manager from 2006 to 2010. Monika began their career at Artefe, where they served as a Sales Director / President of the Board and later as a Sales Director from 2001 to 2006.

Monika Kolaszynska received a Master's Degree in Economics from Krakow University of Economics in 2000. In 2011, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Trade & Sales Management at the same university.
