Karolina Szuba

Karolina Szuba is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in retail and operational management. Currently serving as a Board Member and COO at Super-Pharm since November 2021, Karolina previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer Europe and Board Member at Grupa Baltona from January 2011 to June 2021, overseeing a wide range of operational processes across multiple retail sectors. Karolina's early career includes significant roles at SEPHORA and Royal Collection, with responsibilities spanning store management and sales leadership. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from PAN Warsaw and a Master’s degree from the School of Insurances and Banking in Warsaw, complemented by studies at the Finance Institute in Warsaw.
