Allie Whalen has a diverse work experience. Allie began their career as the Marketing Director at Fugscreens Studios in October 2011 and held the position until September 2015. In December 2011, they co-founded Galerie F LLC and served as a Co-Owner, managing various responsibilities such as gallery director, accountant, artist liaison, and hiring manager until September 2015. Allie then joined Mondo in April 2017 as the Production Director, overseeing project timelines and implementing improved packaging standards. In July 2019, Allie transitioned to the role of Creative Art Director at Mondo, where they provided creative direction and product development for various licensed properties and promotional projects until August 2020. Their most recent role is at Super7, where they joined in September 2020 as the Product Production Manager and progressed to become the Art Director in January 2021. In their current role, Allie is responsible for providing creative direction for product photography, graphic direction, and marketing campaigns, as well as managing employees and assisting with development timelines, licensing approvals, and film editing.

Allie Whalen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Art History, Italian, and Gender and Women's Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago. Prior to that, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Art History, Criticism and Conservation at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In terms of additional certifications, Allie Whalen obtained a Beer Server certification from the Cicerone Certification Program in January 2016, and a BASSETT certification in July 2015, although the institution responsible for the BASSETT certification was not specified.
