Leo Zancani

Leo Zancani is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at SuperAwesome since November 2019, Leo played a pivotal role during the company's acquisition by Epic Games in 2020 and subsequent re-acquisition by the management team in 2024. Prior to this, Leo held positions such as Senior Director of Engineering at Epic Games and Chief Technology Officer at Instrumental. Additional leadership roles include Group CTO at Blenheim Chalcot and Director of Research and Development at EXFO Ontology, where Leo contributed to its acquisition by EXFO Inc. Furthermore, Leo was the CTO and Founder of Zynap Ltd and held various engineering leadership roles at Orchestream, contributing significantly to its growth pre-IPO. Leo's foundational education includes a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Imperial College London, specializing in Laser Optics and Computational Physics.
