Diana Petresc

Diana Petresc has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Diana started their career in 2004 as a Logistics Specialist at ContiTech. In 2005, they joined Orange Romania as a Customer Care Representative and progressed to various roles including Corporate Activation & Implementation Representative, Corporate Offer Implementation Specialist, Performance Operations Specialist, and finally, as a Corporate Senior Business Analyst. At Orange Romania, they developed and maintained software tools, analyzed business data, and collaborated with management to identify reporting needs and propose optimization measures.

In 2018, Diana joined Oracle as a Senior Business Analyst, where they worked in different teams and roles. Diana gathered requirements, updated and designed dashboards, provided training and insights related to KPI achievement, and represented the ERPM & HCM Marketing Department as a reporting subject matter expert. Their tool stack included Oracle BI, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Office Applications.
