Tracy Woods has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in various marketing roles. Tracy most recently served as the Global Brand & Customer Marketing Director at Superbet starting in 2023. Prior to that, Tracy worked at heycar as the Chief Marketing Officer UK from 2019 to 2023, where they played a key role in building the brand and demand strategy, achieving MoM and YoY growth, and developing a breakeven business plan. Tracy also worked as the Marketing Director UK at heycar from 2019 to 2020.

Before heycar, Tracy worked as a Brand & Marketing Consultant at Raylo in 2019, where they contributed to the development of the Raylo brand proposition, go-to-market strategy, and successfully drove 5000 customers to the Raylo waiting list in one month. Prior to Raylo, Tracy was on maternity leave from 2018 to 2019.

From 2016 to 2018, Tracy worked at carwow as the Head of Brand Marketing, responsible for advising the executive team and board on brand performance, implementing effective brand marketing strategies, and driving growth. Tracy also gained experience at TransferWise as the Brand & Campaign lead from 2015 to 2016, where they developed brand positioning and led ATL activity targeting a higher value audience.

Tracy's earlier experiences include a role as the Senior Brand Communications Manager at blinkbox from 2014 to 2015, where they drove growth and awareness through a differentiated positioning and creative strategy. Prior to blinkbox, they worked for Tesco PLC from 2007 to 2014 in various brand management roles for F&F Clothing, including Brand Manager, Brand Executive, and Tactical Marketing Executive.

Tracy Woods attended the Institute of Directors (IoD) in 2023, where they studied various subjects such as Proptech: Smart Buildings & Cities, Climate Litigation: Emerging risk, Building Strong Brands, Step to the Top, The Business Model Canvas, and Strategic Decision Making. Prior to that, Tracy obtained a degree in Marketing and Business Management from Glasgow Caledonian University between 2003 and 2007.
