Trout Zhang has a diverse and extensive work experience in the game industry. Trout began their career as a Software Engineer at Virtuos, where they worked on various projects, including the localization of Borderlands for the Japanese market. Trout then joined 798Game as a Senior MMO Client Programmer, focusing on optimizing performance for better gameplay experience. However, the Shanghai subdivision of 798Game closed shortly after their arrival. Trout then moved on to Epic Games, where they worked as an Unreal Engine 3 MMO Programmer, tackling server-side AI and contributing to game patching.
