Lilla Lassu

Lilla Lassu has a strong background in HR and talent management. Lilla started their career at IseeQ as an IT Recruiter, where they helped several companies grow by expanding and improving their professional networks. In 2016, they joined Supercharge as a Talent Manager, focusing on building high-impact mobile products and delivering superior mobile-first experiences. Lilla later became the Head of People, responsible for overseeing the company's global people strategy and HR processes. Currently, Lilla works as the Chief People Officer at Supercharge, where they collaborate with managing directors of international offices to implement the company's People Strategy.

Lilla Lassu obtained their Bachelor's Degree in the Faculty of Humanities from Eötvös Loránd University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, Lilla attended Budapest Business School - University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a field of study in the College of commerce, catering, and tourism.
