Alicia Rota

Alicia Rota is a seasoned operations professional with a diverse background in event management and creative project oversight. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Superfine Art Fair since August 2020, Alicia has successfully led the production of over eight annual events, achieving a 23% profit margin while effectively managing budgets exceeding $1.575 million. Prior experience includes roles as a Creative Project Manager for freelance projects, Administrative Manager at The River Café, and Operations Manager at Brooklyn Actors Lab, where Alicia honed skills in logistical planning, vendor negotiation, and client relationship management. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Commercial Dance from Pace University, completed in 2016.
