Derek Steer

Derek Steer currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Superframe since March 2023. Prior to this role, Derek held various positions at Mode, including Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Executive Officer from August 2013 to February 2023. Derek's experience also includes working at Microsoft as Principal Product Intelligence Manager for Yammer from October 2012 to August 2013, and at Yammer, Inc. as an Analytics professional from May 2011 to October 2012. Earlier career roles include Data Analyst in Monetization at Facebook from September 2010 to April 2011, Senior Analyst at Compass Lexecon from July 2007 to March 2010, and Teacher at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions from June 2006 to May 2007. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Religious Studies from Occidental College and graduated from Lowell High School in San Francisco, CA.
