Rubens Ramos

Rubens Ramos serves as the Operations Executive Director for Supergasbras Energia Ltda since August 2018, overseeing all operations within Brazil, which includes a team of 7 direct reports and management of a $1 billion annual revenue LPG distribution business. Concurrently a member of the executive board of Sindigás, Rubens is involved in coordinating and representing the liquefied petroleum gas distribution sector in Brazil. Previously, Rubens held various key engineering roles at SC Johnson from 2003 to 2018, culminating as Global Engineering Director, where responsibilities included leading a global team and implementing lean manufacturing strategies. Rubens began a career at sanofi-aventis as a Senior Production Supervisor from 1997 to 2003. Educational background includes a Post Graduate degree in Economic Engineering and Industrial Management from COPPE/UFRJ and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
