Aniesha Jones

Aniesha Jones has worked in the customer experience field since 2012. Aniesha began their career as a Manager of Customer Experience at Rent The Runway in 2012. In 2015, they became the Director of Customer Happiness at Baked by Melissa. In 2016, they worked at DVF (Diane von Furstenberg) as a Senior eCommerce Client Experience Manager and an eCommerce Client Experience Manager. From 2019-2022, Aniesha worked as a Director at Adama Partners, Director of CX at Buffy, CX Consultant at CARIUMA, and Director | Customer Experience at Supergoop!.

Aniesha Jones obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Vocal Performance with a minor in Marketing from Adelphi University between 2006 and 2010. Aniesha also holds a certification in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
