Sergio Jerez Campos

Sergio Jerez Campos possesses extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as a Professional in the Technology and Operations Department at the Superintendencia de Seguridad Social since January 2015, where expertise includes coordinating participatory committees to enhance citizen complaint processes and implementing short-term improvements aligned with the BID macro project. Previously, Sergio has held the position of Head of Sectoral Management at the Subsecretaría de Previsión Social since December 2008, leading interdisciplinary teams to implement public policy projects and develop business processes supported by technology. Additional experience includes roles as a consultant and operations manager in the financial services sector, providing expertise in mortgage processing and external collection services, along with significant contributions to efficiency improvement projects within various banking institutions. Sergio holds degrees in Commercial Engineering and Business Administration from Universidad de Chile.
