Derek Shaw

Derek Shaw is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development across various industries. Currently serving as the President and CEO of SERVPRO Team Shaw, Derek oversees one of the largest SERVPRO Multi Unit Operators in the United States, managing 27 locations and specializing in commercial restoration and construction projects with budgets between $1 million and $10 million. As Co-Founder and President of Superior Environmental Services and Founder and President of Peak Capital Investments, Derek has developed ground-up Flex Warehouse properties. Additionally, Derek played a pivotal role in expanding Nekter Juice Bar as Founder and President of DDS Holdings, LLC. Previous positions include Sales Leader at Stryker, where comprehensive sales programs were created for operating room infrastructures, and various sales roles at Smith & Nephew, Warner Chilcott, and QVL Pharmacy Holdings. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University.
