John Coscarella

John Coscarella has extensive experience in finance and management roles. John started their career as an Audit Manager at BDO Dunwoody LLP from 1999 to 2002. John then moved on to CFM Corporation, where they served as the Director of Finance from 2002 to 2006. During their time at CFM Corporation, they managed divisional controllers across multiple countries and was responsible for costing, management reporting, and statutory requirements. After CFM Corporation, they joined CPI Plastics Group as the Director of Finance, where they oversaw all accounting and finance functions. From 2009 to 2015, John served as the Chief Financial Officer at Gracious Living Innovations, where they were responsible for financial planning, reporting, and overall management. John then became the CFO of the Gracious Living Group of Companies, including Gracious Living Corp, Gracious Living Innovations, and Sherwood Athletics Group, from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they restructured and refinanced the companies, negotiated new banking facilities, and handled strategic planning. Their most recent role is as the Chief Financial Officer at Superior Glove, where they manage the financial operations of the company.

John Coscarella attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business. In 2001, they pursued further education at the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), where they earned a CPA, CA certification in Accounting and Finance.
