Andrew Finken

Andrew Finken is a seasoned professional in data analytics with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Since October 2014, Andrew has been serving as a Senior Manager in Data Analytics, focusing on Legal and Compliance at Superior HealthPlan, where responsibilities include developing and managing Alternative Payment Models (APMs) aimed at transitioning to value-based reimbursement. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions at Mathematica Policy Research, including Health Care Program Analyst, and also contributed as a Research Fellow at Partners for Livable Communities and a Graduate Assistant at the Center for Urban and Regional Affairs. Andrew holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Hamline University.
