Scott Shorb has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and project management. Scott began their career in 1997 as a Management Analyst II in the Public Works Director's Office at Prince William County. During this time, they worked on various projects related to transportation, site and building development, watershed management, fleet management, and property management. In 2005, Scott moved on to R.L. Rider & Company, where they served as a Project Manager and handled tasks such as general contracting, grading, and utilities management. In 2011, they joined Superior Paving Corp. and took on multiple roles, including Marketing Rep, Director of Marketing, and currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing. Throughout their career, Scott has gained valuable experience in estimating and project management, including specific projects like I-66 Pavement Rehabilitation Design-Build, Fairfax County Parkway Fair Lakes Interchange, and Gainesville Interchange at Rt. 29 & I-66.
Scott Shorb attended Blue Ridge Community College from 1992 to 1994, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.). From 1994 to 1996, they studied at James Madison University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). Later, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a Masters in Public Administration at George Mason University.
