Dirk Smith serves as the vCOO and Director of Operational Excellence at SSR Total IT since 2024, focusing on Operational Excellence Betterment Solutions and Manufacturing Coaching & Consulting. Currently serving as President of JES Unlimited LLC since 2009, Dirk has held top executive roles including President & COO at G3 Industries and Chief Operating Officer at ARIES INDUSTRIES, INC. Dirk's career includes leadership positions such as President & CEO at Super Steel, LLC, Vice President of Operations at Mayville Engineering Company, and Plant Manager at D&L Manufacturing, LLC. Dirk co-owned Custom Metal Products, LLC, and Phoenix Coaters, LLC, from 1999 to 2004. Dirk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Operations from Cardinal Stritch University.
