Leo Stevens MBA, PMP has an extensive work experience spanning over several roles in various companies. Starting in 1997, Leo worked as an Electrical Engineer at Boeing, designing and testing electronic components in radiation environments and overseeing In-Flight Entertainment systems. Leo later joined American Electronic Sign - 3M, where they developed micro-controller based VMS systems and managed upgrades and wireless networking integration.

Leo then worked at Infinetix Corp as a Senior Electrical Engineer and part owner, handling contractor projects initially and later becoming a W-2 employee and part owner. Their expertise in electronic and mixed signal design contributed to the company's success.

In 2015, Leo joined GE Healthcare as a Sr. Electrical Engineer, focusing on new product development for digital microscopy and managing project coordination with contract manufacturers.

In 2016, Leo became a contractor at SpaceX as a Sr. Radiation Effects Engineer, specializing in designing and testing electronic components for radiation environments. Leo demonstrated exceptional skills in electronics, mechanical, firmware, physics, and creativity throughout their tenure.

Leo served as the Chief Technology Officer at Adelos, Inc. from 2018 to 2020, driving technology strategy and innovation for the company.

From 2020 to 2022, Leo worked at Raytheon Missiles & Defense as a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer, contributing their expertise to systems engineering projects.

In 2010, Leo founded Ganglia Creations and served as the President and Owner/Principal Engineer, leading teams in electronic designs for radiation-hardened environments, Cabin Systems Engineering, and new product development across various industries.

Currently, Leo holds the role of VP Engineering, Operations, and R&D at Superior Traffic Services, LLC, where they oversee engineering and operational functions.

Leo Stevens earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from the University of Idaho, where they studied from 1990 to 1997. Leo later pursued further education at Eastern Washington University, completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from 2006 to 2008. During their MBA studies, Leo focused on Finance, Operations Management, and Financial Management Services.
