Kristha Ávila has a strong background in production planning and customer service, currently serving as a Production Planning & Customer Service Specialist at Superior Trim since May 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Plant Planner at Polaris Inc., where responsibilities involved material forecasting and inventory level adjustment, and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Navistar Inc., focusing on defect analysis and problem-solving in final assembly support. At Varroc Lighting Systems, Kristha worked as an OPEX Engineer, concentrating on continuous improvement and production line enhancements.
