Miguel Medeiros

Miguel Medeiros has a diverse work experience in various companies. Miguel is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Superlist since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Signify from May 2018 to December 2020, where they held the role of Flutter developer / Scrum Master for the Philips Hue app. At Philips Lighting, they served as a Scrum Master for the Philips Hue app from August 2017 to May 2018.

Before joining Signify and Philips Lighting, Miguel worked at ASML from January 2011 to July 2017. During their time at ASML, they held multiple roles including Product Owner, Team Leader, and Software Design Engineer. As a Product Owner, they delivered major software developments using Model-Driven Engineering principles and technologies. As a Team Leader, they successfully introduced Scrum as a development methodology for a pilot project within the department, leading a team of talented software engineers. Additionally, Miguel worked as a Software Design Engineer at ASML, where they designed, implemented, tested, and integrated software solutions in the company's complex code base, and also served as an architect for a few projects.

Earlier in their career, Miguel worked as a Marie Curie Research Fellow at Thales Nederland B.V. from June 2009 to December 2010.

Miguel Medeiros pursued their education at the Universidade do Algarve from 2002 to 2008, where they studied Systems and Informatics Engineering with a focus on Computer Science. In addition to their degree, Miguel also obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in December 2016 and as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in March 2017 from Scrum Alliance.
