Luke Oxenham

Luke is a senior finance executive with over 25 years of banking, insurance, accounting, infrastructure, and property industry experience. He has previously held CFO roles at three listed companies including ASX-listed Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia Limited, infrastructure business Intell Group, and the AIM-listed Australian technology company Seeing Machines.

Throughout his career, Luke has also held a number of additional senior positions with responsibility for corporate affairs, investor relations, commercial relationship management, and risk management functions at Macquarie Infrastructure Group, Deutsche Bank, National Australia Bank, and insurance and financial services group Promina.

Luke has substantial experience in financial management and planning, strategic planning, business performance, risk management, capital management, and accessing capital raising from both the debt and equity markets. He brings substantial experience in developing and implementing business strategies across organizations and over multiple jurisdictions.

Luke holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance (FINSIA), and a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University.
