Imad Salha

Imad Salha, currently serving as the Head of Actuation & Cockpit Controls at Supernal since October 2021, leads an engineering group focused on innovative Electro-Mechanical Actuation and Cockpit Controls solutions for eVTOL fly-by-wire flight control systems. Previous experience includes roles as Staff Systems Engineer at Raytheon Technologies, where system requirements for Flight Control Actuation Systems were defined, and as Sr Principal Systems IPT Lead at Parker Aerospace, where full-cycle development for multiple certified aircraft programs was managed. Additional experience comprises positions as Principal Engineering Project Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation and BAE Systems, focusing on advanced technology development and product line strategies, as well as Lead Flight Control System Engineer at Bombardier, interfacing with certification agencies for flight control systems approval. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Friends University and master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from both Wichita State University and Kuwait University.
