Phil Lapid

Phil Lapid has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014. That year, they were an IT Intern for the Village of Palatine and a Campus Influencer for Spotify. In 2015, they worked as a Tennis Instructor and Racket Stringer for Indiana University Recreational Sports Tennis Center, as well as an Undergraduate Instructor for I211. In 2016, they worked as a Systems Analyst for Aon. From 2017 to 2021, they worked for HBR Consulting, first as a Consultant and then as a Senior Consultant. Phil then moved to Supernova Technology\u2122, where they held the roles of Senior Business Analyst, Associate Program Manager, and Program Manager.

Phil Lapid has a degree in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington, with a focus in Information Technology. Phil also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Bold Duck Studio in January 2020 and a Negotiation and Influence certification from EMERITUS in September 2018. Theireducational background began with Palatine High School.
