Jessica Hartenberger

Jessica Hartenberger is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of People at SuperOffice since March 2022, Jessica is focused on developing the People function, including programs for talent acquisition and employee engagement. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Head of Internal Communications at Sector Alarm Group, where responsibilities included enhancing internal communication and HR processes. Previous experience includes positions as an HR & Recruitment Specialist at PA Consulting and the Global Process Owner for Recruitment at DNV, where Jessica managed recruitment innovations and internal communication initiatives. Jessica's educational background includes a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Luther College.
