David Monghi has over 6 years of experience in the recruitment industry. David began their career in 2016 as a Senior Sales & Recruiting Specialist for Wyndham Destinations. In 2018, they joined Rocket (getrocket.com) as a Technical Recruiter and Director of Business Development, where they were awarded "Best Submissions Partner" across all of 2020 and Q4 2020 Top Producer across a team of ~15 recruiters. David specialized in placing top Engineering talent across a variety of startups and experienced full-cycle recruiting in Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Design, Product Management, and Marketing. David also led Executive Recruiting initiatives (VP / C-level) for multiple clients and was responsible for Hiring Manager Relationship Management for Seed - Series E startups. In 2021, they joined Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company, as a Senior Technical Recruiter. Currently, they are a Lead Technical Recruiter at SuperRare Labs.
