Aleksandra Kott has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Aleksandra is currently working at Superside as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Superside from February 2021 to March 2022. Before joining Superside, they worked at Talent Place as a Member starting in November 2020. From June 2019 to February 2021, they worked at Nethone, initially as a Recruitment & Employer Branding Specialist and later as a People & Culture Generalist. Prior to that, they held various positions at indaHash, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Junior Recruiter, and HR Assistant. Aleksandra's experience spans various responsibilities such as coordinating recruitment projects, acquiring candidates, budget planning, employer branding, onboarding, and internal communication.
Aleksandra Kott holds a Master's degree in HR business partner from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they obtained from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Organization of Labour Market at the University of Warsaw from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Aleksandra has obtained certifications in Italian language proficiency, including the Certificazione di Italiano come Lingua Straniera CILS from Università per Stranieri di Siena in 2018 and a Language Proficiency Certificate in Italian from the University of Warsaw in the same year.
