Ashley Hanekom

Ashley Hanekom has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Ashley started their career as an Accounting Articles at Deloitte in 2013, where they worked until 2015. Ashley then took on the role of Audit Senior (secondment) at Deloitte from January 2016 to March 2016. Ashley Hanekom joined South African Breweries as a Financial Planner (fixed-term contract) from October 2016 to January 2017. Ashley then moved to Reckitt in 2017 and held various finance positions, including Assistant Finance Manager from February 2017 to June 2017, Finance Manager from July 2017 to November 2017, and Commercial Finance Manager from December 2017 to September 2019. Currently, they are serving as the Finance Director at Superside, starting from October 2019.

Ashley Hanekom completed high school at South African College School from 2003 to 2007. They then pursued a degree in Business Science with a specialization in Finance and Accounting at the University of Cape Town from 2008 to 2011. Ashley furthered their education at the same university and obtained a PGDA degree. In 2015, they became a Chartered Accountant in South Africa through SAICA CA(SA).
