Haakon Heir

Haakon Heir is the current COO and co-founder of Superside. Prior to this, they worked as a partner in investment banking at Pareto Securities from 2012 to 2016. There, they were responsible for global equity capital markets, oil & gas exploration & production, and oil & offshore services. From 2011 to 2012, Heir worked as a summer intern at Pareto Securities, working on the sale of Norwegian companies and conducting market studies. Prior to that, they interned at Nordea Markets in 2009 and Rystad Energy in 2008. Haakon Heir has also worked as a teaching assistant at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology from 2009 to 2011.

Haakon Heir has a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Part of their MSc was in Statistics, Heat Transfer, Financial Mathematics, and Business Management from UC San Diego.

Haakon Heir works with Jing Kjeldsen - CTO & Co-founder, Paal Stokkelien - VP Client Development, and Amrita Mathur - VP Marketing. Their manager is Fredrik Thomassen, CEO & Co-founder.
