Thea Huong Do

Thea Huong Do is an experienced operations manager and team leader, currently serving as Manager of Staffing & Onboarding Operations at Superside since August 2018, with previous roles including Operations Excellence Manager and Operations Innovation Manager. Prior to Superside, Thea held the position of Operations Manager at Von Doren Fine Timepieces, overseeing operational activities and communication with stakeholders while preparing reports for the CEO and board. As a co-founder of Bagcorner, Thea developed store concepts and managed online presence, and also contributed to operations and marketing at Volmundo. Early career positions include Store Manager at Briskeby Mat AS and various roles involving marketing and relationship management. Thea is academically equipped with a Master of Science in International Management from BI Norwegian Business School and dual bachelor's degrees in International Economics from Colorado State University and Foreign Trade University.
