Diane Frauches Siqueira

Diane Frauches Siqueira has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2017 when they were a bolsista in the area of esterification by enzymatic catalysis at Instituto Nacional de Tecnologia. In 2019, they took on two roles, first as a Líder de Backoffice at Mercadou, where they were responsible for creating the areas and processes of the Backoffice from scratch, delegating tasks to the team, and working directly with the partners to create financial models and performance indicators. Diane also worked as an Estagiária de Gente e Gestão, creating the Gente e Gestão area and focusing on recruitment and selection processes. In 2019, they also became Gerente de Treinamento e Desenvolvimento at Legado Consultoria Júnior, where they were responsible for finding and creating training materials, assessing individual and director performance, and diagnosing organizational climate. Finally, they are currently working as a Business Analyst at SuperSim, beginning in 2022.

Diane Frauches Siqueira completed a Bachelor's degree in Bioprocess Engineering at the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro between 2013 and 2020. Diane also completed an exchange program in Chemical Engineering at the University of Birmingham between 2015 and 2016.
