Jim Hiltner

Jim Hiltner, CFA has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jim co-founded Superstate and currently serves as the Head of Business Development. Prior to that, they were the Head of Sales at Compound Labs. Jim also held the position of VP, Partnerships at Pagaya Investments. Jim has experience in sales and business development, as they were the Director of Sales at Visible Alpha and the Head of Business Development at Portfolios with Purpose. Jim also worked as an Institutional Sales professional at New Albion Partners. Before their roles in sales, Jim worked as a Financial Analyst and Regulatory Analyst at Citi. Jim started their career as a Private Wealth Management Intern at UBS Wealth Management.

Jim Hiltner, CFA earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Finance and Management and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Miami Herbert Business School in the years 2008 to 2012. Jim also obtained several additional certifications including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in the year 2016, as well as Series 55, Series 63, and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in the year 2015.
