Omkar Pandharkame

Omkar Pandharkame currently serves as the Chief Evangelist and Strategy Officer at Supervity, where responsibilities include advancing the SaaS vertical and developing AI-driven solutions to enhance workplace productivity. In addition to this role, Omkar is a mentor at Atal Incubation Centre-Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini and JITO Incubation & Innovation Foundation. Previously, Omkar was the Director of Entrepreneurship at ATLAS Skilltech University, leading a department focused on over 20 entrepreneurship courses for more than 2,000 students. Omkar founded and served as CEO of BHyve, which specializes in workforce technology, and has held various leadership positions in other startups and educational institutions, including SkillStreet and the Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship. Omkar's educational background includes a Master's degree in Applied Social Psychology and a Master in Business Law from esteemed institutions.
