Uri Silber

Uri Silber currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at SupPlant, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Uri was with WalkMe™ for three years, progressing from Sr. Director - Head of FP&A to VP of FP&A and Sales Comp, where responsibilities included business planning, financial forecasting, budget management, and sales compensation modeling. At Cybereason, Uri held the position of Director of FP&A, focusing on global budget planning and cloud cost optimization. Experience also includes a Finance Manager role at Lumenis, where Uri supported the Aesthetic division in financial strategies and business development, along with a significant tenure at Procter & Gamble as a Sales Finance Manager and various financial analyst positions, contributing to product supply and commercial finance across multiple regions. Earlier consulting experience was gained at CSC, and education includes a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts from Tel Aviv University, as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from The College of Management Academic Studies.
