Ecem Sun Vardar currently serves as the Customer Success Operations Lead at SCW.AI by Supply Chain Wizard and has held roles including Senior Customer Success Specialist and Customer Success Specialist since September 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Customer Success Specialist at Supply Chain Wizard, LLC, and as a Project Manager at Oryx Data Incubator, where Ecem aligned stakeholders and collaborated on product requirements. Ecem has also worked as a Product Manager at Eva, focusing on Agile project management, and completed an internship at Schneider Electric, contributing to project design and analysis. Ecem holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Izmir University of Economics and is currently pursuing an MBA at İzmir Katip Çelebi Üniversitesi.
