Alex Butler

Alex Butler is a Technical Engineer with a robust background in automation and broadcast technology. Currently employed at TGI Sport since June 2022, Alex previously served as a Technical Engineer Shift Lead at Dematic from March 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team to maintain the uptime of various automation and logistics systems. Prior to that, Alex worked at Flix Facilities as a Technical & Broadcast Engineer from October 2018 to February 2021, implementing new technologies to support remote operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alex began the professional journey as an intern at Sony Professional Solutions Europe in early 2015. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Technology from The University of Salford, completed in 2018.
