Moe N.

Moe N. has a wealth of experience in the technology industry. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Technical Trainer for ICL-КПО ВС. In 2004, they moved to SySDSoft as a Software Development Engineer. From 2006 to 2008, they worked as an ITSM Technical Engineer for ITSM.tools. Moe then moved to HP, where they worked as an HP Software Technical Engineer from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they began working for Hewlett Packard Enterprise as an Enterprise Services Manager. Finally, in 2016, they joined Micro Focus as a Customer Success Senior Manager. Currently, Moe N. is the CEO and CoFounder of SupportFinity™.

Moe N. began their educational journey in 1999 when they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Communications and Software Engineering from Cairo University. Moe then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in IT Marketing at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, which they completed in 2010. Most recently, Moe N. attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they completed a Program in Business Process Management in 2018.
