Lea Santello

Lea Santello, MSW, LCSW, LICSW, is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker currently employed at Supportive Care since June 2022. Previously, Santello served as a Hospice Social Worker at Beacon Hospice from November 2018 to June 2022 and held multiple Medical Social Worker positions between June 2008 and November 2018, including roles at Masonicare Home Health and Hospice, Visiting Nurses of Southeastern CT, and Visiting Nurses of the Lower Valley. Earlier in Santello's career, a significant tenure as a Social Work Supervisor for Child Protection at the State of Connecticut from May 1993 to January 2007 involved overseeing child welfare social workers and enhancing community support for families.
