Lana Voronina has a diverse work experience in the customer service field. Lana started their career in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative at Runway > Your Outsourcing Partner and worked there until 2017. In 2017, Lana joined Nextiva as a Customer Support Specialist for a brief period of two months. In the same year, they joined SupportYourApp as a Customer Service Specialist and has been working there ever since. Lana's roles at SupportYourApp include being a Team Lead Assistant from 2019 to 2022, and currently, they hold the position of Customer Service Team Lead.
Lana Voronina earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University in 2015. Lana later obtained a Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the same university in 2017. In addition, Lana received certification from Facebook for completing the Facebook Blueprint Course in January 2018.
